I’ve ordered from Azure Standard a few times now, and overall I’ve had a good experience. The prices are fair, especially when I’m stocking up on bulk stuff like oats, flour, beans, and spices. It’s not always the absolute cheapest for every single item, so I still do a little price checking, but when I place a decent-sized order, it usually feels worth it. Pickup does take some planning, which can be a bit of a hassle, but for the savings and the quality, I’m happy with it 👍

They did show up on time, so I’ll give them that, but the actual pickup was confusing and way slower than it needed to be. The boxes were hard to track down, and it felt like nobody had even read the message I sent or knew what was supposed to happen. Everyone seemed kind of lost. I definitely won’t be doing this again.

I actually like a lot of the stuff I order from Azure Standard, but the delivery situation is ridiculous. Pickup dates keep changing or getting pushed back, and it makes it almost impossible to plan my day around it. Then the truck is late, the updates are vague, and somehow the customer is just supposed to deal with it. The products themselves are fine, but Azure needs to take responsibility for how unreliable their delivery process is. It turns what should be a simple pickup into a stressful hassle every time.

I’ve ordered from Azure Standard a handful of times now, and the inventory has been good for me. The things I buy every month are there in stock more times than not, so it makes planning my orders not such a confusing thing. It’s not perfect every single time, of course, but compared to most places I’ve tried, it’s been a lot better

"Really nice selection of organic options"
I’ve been happy with this store overall. I really like that they carry a good variety of organic and more natural products, and there are a lot more choices than what I usually find at my local store. It makes it easier to find the kinds of things I actually want instead of having to settle for whatever is on the shelf nearby. Every now and then, a few items I like are out of stock, which can be a little annoying, but it hasn’t been a big enough issue to stop me from ordering. Overall, I’d say it’s been a good experience and I’m glad to have the extra options.

"Super easy to tweak my order"
I really appreciate how easy Azure Standard makes it to change an order before the cutoff. I’ve added a couple things I forgot and taken out something I realized I didn’t need, and it was all simple to do online without calling anyone.
The only tiny downside is that I do have to keep an eye on the cutoff time, because once it passes, that’s it. But the flexibility has still been a huge help, especially when my schedule changed and I had to cancel once. It made the whole process way less stressful, and I’d definitely give it 5 stars.

"Frustrating checkout experience"
The website felt really clunky to use, and the cart was more confusing than it needed to be. Checkout ended up taking way longer than expected, which was frustrating. after dealing with that kind of hassle, I’d expect some sort of compensation or at least a discount for the inconvenience

My order had an issue, and getting it sorted out was a hassle. Support did reply, but it took days between messages, and I kept having to verify the same details over and over like they weren’t keeping track. I had to repeat myself multiple times, which made the whole thing way more annoying than it needed to be. The refund finally came through in the end, but the process was not smooth at all. I expected better from them.

I’ve bought from Azure Standard before and have liked quite a few of the products, so this isn’t a knock on everything they do. But one thing that still bugs me is how vague the sourcing info can be. With a few items, I found myself clicking around trying to figure out where it actually came from or who made it, and I still didn’t feel like I got a clear answer. For a place that seems to appeal to people who really care about food quality and transparency, that part feels a little frustrating.
